• Low : Jan 11 – Jan 22, Jan 29 – Apr 09, Apr 17– Jun 30, Sep 16 – Dec 19
• High : Jan 23 – Jan 28, Apr 10 – Apr 16, Jul 01 – Jul 31, Sep 01 – Sep 15
• Peak : Aug 01 – Aug 31, Dec 20 – Jan 08

** some particular villas are having slight different on the season dates. We will inform you should you happen to choose one.

Based on the above seasons, therefore prices and minimum stay on every villas are determined respectively. To provide the good service and well maintained villas at all times, We presenting most villas ranging from 100US$ onwards, however should you have any demand for special price villas on longer period, kindly inform us to fetch you the lowest available rates.

Maximum Pax on the house

Every villas are only allowing certain number of guests to house. For example, 2 bedroom villas will only allowed to house 4 guests plus 2 children. However, please kindly inform us in advance for any special cases, we will be more than happy to find the best solutions.

Facilities and Amenities

Most Private villas are equipping themselves with various comfortable supply for all their guests such as cars, breakfasts, internet vouchers, staffs etc. We will provide all in depth information through our specific villa per villa data base. It is available upon requests. 

Government Tax and Service

Most of the villas prices are subjected to 15% tax and service, Boutique Hotels/Hotels are 21%, however, in our list there are a good number of villas that are nett on the price, we will advice you should you happen to choose any of them.
