TGV celebrates its 30th Anniversary this month. So if your summer holiday is a distant memory, this is a great chance for a quick, greener getaway this Autumn.
The birthday promotion means you can save up to 75% on First and Standard class rail travel on high speed TGV services in France and cross-border services into Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Standard class fares start at just £12.50 one-way from Paris to destinations such as Champagne-Ardenne and Reims.
Or head for sunny south of France (in around 3hrs from Paris). Nice, Monaco and Perpignan, cost from as little as £27 one-way in Standard class.
These special fares are available between Tuesday 13th and Tuesday 27th September 2011 for travel between Friday 16th September and Friday 21st October 2011.
